Chocolaterie Hovby No 9

The chocolate trend is a fact, but Inger Persson Clerc in Lund started her store, Hovby No 9, as early as 1998. The chocolate pralines, which are made of rich chocolate from New Guinean cocoa beans, reek of French luxury. If you are unable to visit the shop in Gråbrödersgatan you can get your sweets on line. In the on line shop you can chose which kind of pralines you want and which size the chocolate box should have; 16, 24, 30 or 45 pieces are the sizes to choose from. The pralines can be sent to your door step or you can surprise someone you like with a box of chocolate. Chocolate tastings can be arranged and contain six different chocolates from different parts of the world. The point is to taste and experience differences between different kinds of chocolates. You will also get pointers on what you can drink with chocolate.
