Café (le fil du) Rasoir

Café Rasoir is situated right next to Elite Hotel Savoy in Malmö and Helsingborg. Focus is put on the French food, and in the bar the bartenders mix the tastiest drinks in Skåne. Except for dinner you can also eat breakfast and lunch. Behind the concept are Christian Olsson and Kristofer Sandström from the praised restaurant Vassa Eggen in Stockholm.

Grand Hotel

The hotels beautiful façade is inspired from the French castles that was build during the renaissance, the interior design is marked by the Jugend era. At Grand Hotel you can enjoy a classical gourmet menu in the elegant dining room. Backafallsbyn

Backafallsbyn is a family-owned four star conference centre with an area of bungalows, a well-reputed restaurant and a unique and award-winning whiskey bar. In the whiskey bar Spirit, you can find at least 500 different kinds of single distillery whiskey’s and between 30-50 various kinds of beer. The bungalows in the area each cover 42 square metres and has four berths, satellite TV, bathroom, phone and internet. Every cottage has an own furnished balcony beneath a roof and some are equipped with a kitchenette. Furthermore, here are seven different conference halls and three dining rooms for groups with 8 to 220 persons. During spring 2008 Backafallsbyn opened their own distillery where you can book tours and taste different kinds of whiskey and spirits. Baptism, weddings, office partiy and birthday celebrations, all can be arranged at Backafallsbyn. The centre is certified according to SHR, all to be able to meet the demands from guests with different functional disabilities, e.g. vision, hearing or movement impairments.
