DOC Italiano

The restaurant DOC Italiano is located beautifully in the growing city district called Dockan in Malmoe. Here you can be dining in a modern restaurant with a view over the marina. Many of the raw materials are directly imported from Italy and it’s the kitchen chef Marco Passini who transforms them into tasty courses. The evening menu offers 3-5 courses and can for example serve oysters with mignonette and lemon and risotto with saffron and clams. If you are a party containing of more than eight persons there are several already composed menus at hand. The lunch menu offers like the evening menu a number of appetizers, side-dishes, main courses and desserts to chose among. In the delicacy shop you can buy a lot of goodies, how about creamy mouldy cheese from Lombardiet or hard mountain cheese from Marche.
